Governing legislation
The data processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR), Act CXII of 2011 (the Hungarian Privacy Act), and Act XLVIII of 2008 (the Hungarian Advertising Act).

Purpose of the data processing
The personal data collected through the website are processed for the following purposes: providing quotes, arranging test drives, making contact, sending newsletters, marketing communication, operating the website, statistical analysis, and displaying remarketing advertisements.

Scope of the data processed
The data processing may cover the following data: name, email address, phone number, the subject of the enquiry (model or service), IP address, browsing data, cookie identifiers, remarketing identifiers.

Legal basis for the data processing
The legal basis for the data processing may be the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), the preparation of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), particularly in the case of remarketing activity.

Use of a data processor
The Data Controller uses a CRM system to manage customer data. The data processor is MiniCRM Zrt. (registered seat: 1075 Budapest, Madách Imre út 13-14., privacy notice: https://www.minicrm.hu/adatvedelem/). MiniCRM Zrt. stores the data within the European Union and acts on the instructions of the Data Controller.

Web analytics and online marketing
The website uses the services of Google Ireland Limited (registered seat: Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), in particular Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads. The website also uses the services of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (registered seat: 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland), including the Facebook Pixel and Instagram advertising systems. These systems collect data about the use of the website via cookies, on the basis of which targeted advertisements may be displayed on external platforms.

Data transfer
Personal data are transferred only to authorities where required by law, and to the insurer in the case of a test drive. We do not sell the data to any third party.

Duration of the data processing
In the case of a form submission, the data are processed until the purpose of the processing ceases to exist or until the data subject requests deletion. Where there is an ongoing relationship between the data subject and the Data Controller, the data processing lasts for the duration of that relationship. In the case of newsletter and marketing data processing, the data are processed until consent is withdrawn. Analytics data are retained according to the provider's settings.

Rights of the data subject
The data subject is entitled to request access to their personal data, request their rectification or erasure, request the restriction of processing, object to the processing, request data portability, and withdraw their consent at any time. Right to lodge a complaint
